| Daniel Craig Will Return For James Bond 25
James Bond’s return to the big screen is pretty much inevitable. Though the franchise has hit a few speed bumps in the past few years, its new direction with Daniel Craig as 007 was a darker turn for the character. Still, it wasn’t quite clear if Craig would reprise his leading role, seeing how Spectre was one of the weakest films of the entire franchise. | James Bond Actor Sir Roger Moore Has Died At The Age Of 89
Sir Roger Moore, best known for playing James Bond, has passed away at the age of 89. The news was shared by Moore’s family, who says the actor passed away after a battle with cancer. The actor is one of the handful to portray Bond since the film series began in 1962, joined by Sean Connery, David Niven, George Lazenby, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and the most recent, Daniel Craig. It looks like Daniel Craig‘s tenure as James Bond has finally come to an end. Not too long ago, a rumor popped up saying that the actor had been offered $150 million to reprise his role as 007 for back-to-back films. There was a huge lack of evidence to support this claim and Craig didn’t seem the least bit enthused about playing the role a fourth time during the production of Spectre. Now, a new report says that Sony and Eon offered no such deal; in fact, it seems as though Sony has no power to do so since the rights to Bond are currently up for grabs. More on the story below.
