| Full Trailer For ‘Transcendence’ Starring Johnny Depp Released
A couple of days back a pair of teaser trailers were released for Transcendence, the feature directorial debut of Inception and The Dark Knight cinematographer Wally Pfister starring Johnny Depp. Usually a studio releases teasers and trailers here and there over many months, but as it turns out, Warner Brothers couldn’t wait to share Transcendence with the masses. In addition to the two teasers, a third teaser and the first full trailer were also released later that same day. Odd! You can check out the full trailer and third teaser trailer below now if you’ve not yet seen them.

| Miles Teller, Kit Harington, Saoirse Ronan, Kate Mara, and More Testing For ‘Fantastic Four’
The status of the Josh Trank-directed Fantastic Four reboot remains in flux, but 20th Century Fox is more than determined to get the ball rolling and head into production. Minor setbacks like giving Simon Kinberg to do the rewrites have prevented the film from actually moving forward. But a new shortlist of actors who are testing for the lead roles gives us a sign that the film could make its March 5, 2016 release date. Variety maintains that Michael B. Jordan (Chronicle) is still in the running for Johnny Storm aka The Human Torch, and add that Kit Harington (Game of Thrones), Jack O’Connell (300: Rise Of An Empire), Miles Teller (The Spectacular Now), Saorise Ronan (Hanna), Kate Mara (House of Cards), and Margot Robbie (The Wolf Of Wall Street) will all be testing for lead roles in the upcoming film in the near future.

Although Netflix had already taken a step into original series with Lilyhammer, it is with House of Cards that they have positioned a deep (though safe, in my mind) gamble in the belief that streaming is not just the way of the future, that it is already here. And that their customer base is already aware of this. And who among our audience doesn’t agree with this? I dare you to defy my call on this, because seriously – I’ve lost count of the amount of conversations with fellow geeks that have spoken of the hours of sleepless nights they’ve self-induced to finish a season of Doctor Who or Star Trek or The Office or The IT Crowd, or a franchise of movies. Netflix knows that their fans and followers soak up an entire season in a day or maybe two. Who the hell needs sleep anyway?
