| ‘Indiana Jones 5’ To Bring Back Global Feel
It looks like we will be seeing the return of a globe-trotting Indiana Jones in the untitled Indiana Jones 5. With Kingdom of the Crystal Skull shot entirely in the U.S., the untitled fifth installment of the franchise will see the title character tour the globe once more. Where exactly remains unclear. | Kathleen Kennedy To Stay On As Lucasfilm President For 3 More Years
While the future of the Star Wars franchise may look uncertain because of Solo: A Star Wars Story‘s poor box office performance, the person at the helm of Lucasfilm will stay on for another three years. New reports confirm Kathleen Kennedy has just signed a three-year extension to remain president of Lucasfilm. She will be responsible for overseeing the new films and help expand Star Wars with new television shows. More on the story below.

| Shedding Light On ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ Behind-The-Scenes Conflicts
Solo: A Star Wars Story will hit theaters this Memorial Day weekend. It’s the second spin-off to be released as a part of the Star Wars anthology series. While it is projected to be a box office hit, the film has had its behind-the-scenes problems. The top being Phil Lord and Chris Miller‘s exit from directing the film due to creative differences. Though Lucasfilm was able to find Ron Howard as their replacement, details on the Lord and Miller split from Lucasfilm were bound to come out sooner or later. | ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ Featurette Shows A Different ‘Star Wars’ Universe Than We’re Used To
Later this Summer, Solo: A Star Wars Story will be the latest Star Wars film to hit theaters. Unlike the core saga, Solo is a spinoff that will focus on the titular character’s origins. Han Solo, made famous by Harrison Ford, will now be played by much younger Alden Ehrenreich. Joining him will be Donald Glover, who plays a younger version of the smooth Lando Calrissian. While we have seen a couple of trailers and TV spots for the new film, the latest featurette for Solo details what the spinoff will be about and this is a different universe than we’re used to.
