| Lin-Manuel Miranda Narrates ‘Drunk History’ Hamilton Episode (Clip)
The Tony-winning Broadway musical Hamilton is a smash hit that recently set the record for most money grossed in a week on Broadway ($3.3 million for 8 performances in one week). The show’s creator Lin-Manuel Miranda has become synonymous with Alexander Hamilton since singlehandedly bringing the American political figure to the forefront of pop culture. So, you can imagine that having Miranda narrate an Alexander Hamilton-themed episode of Drunk History is a pretty big deal. Hosted by Derek Waters, Episode 4.10 “Hamilton” of the Comedy Central show airs today, November 29 at 10:30/9:30c, and sees Miranda quite drunkenly and humorously providing a brief history of the Founding Father’s personal and political life, and his first and last meetings with Aaron Burr. Check out a clip from the episode here below.

The songs are a celebration of culture and finding one’s identity, and they are so much fun that they don’t feel overly preachy. We were recently invited to sit down with our fellow journalists to talk to Miranda and Foa’i about the music of Disney Moana, their inspiration, working together, and discovering Dwayne Johnson’s vocal range. Check out all of that below.
