| NYCC 2019: ‘Riverdale’ Spoilers, Sneak Peek At Season 4 |

As many have heard, episode 1 of Riverdale’s fourth season will address the death of Archie’s father, Fred Andrews (played by the late Luke Perry). At a New York Comic-Con panel Q & A on Sunday, October 6, the cast and showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa delved into the emotional experience of honoring Perry while filming the episode, and also shared some hints of what might happen with all of the beloved characters on the CW series this season. Cast panelists included Mädchen Amick (Alice Cooper), Marisol Nichols (“Hermione Lodge”), Mark Consuelos (“Hiram Lodge), Molly Ringwald (“Mary Andrews”), and Skeet Ulrich (“FP Jones”). The group had a lively discussion and shared a number of juicy spoilers for season 4, including romances, new character introductions, major events, and even a possible crossover with The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. | NYCC 2019: ‘Outlander’ Panel Premieres Season 5 Trailer
Once again, Clan Fraser traveled from the past to the present to join fans at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden for the New York Comic-Con’s Outlander Season 5 panel. Gracing the stage were stars Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, David Berry, Duncan LaCroix, and Maria Doyle Kennedy, along with executive producers Ronald D. Moore and Maril Davis, and Outlander author Diana Gabaldon. With Season 5 of Outlander still four months away, the cast and crew were unable to truly reveal too much of what the new season will hold for the characters; however, to the delight of the fans in attendance, a recorded video from Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin also included the first trailer for February’s premiere. The Walking Dead is headed into its 10th season tonight, and in traditional New York Comic-Con fashion, its cast and crew hyped the upcoming installment of the AMC drama at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in NYC on Saturday. Mere months away from its world premiere, the cast and crew of Star Trek: Picard took to the stage at Madison Square Garden for New York Comic-Con to share tidbits about the show. Moderated by CBSN anchor and CBS News national correspondent Vladimir Duthiers, the discussion included Sir Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard), Isa Briones (Dahj), Santiago Cabrera (Cristobal “Chris” Rios), Michelle Hurd (Raffi Musiker), Alison Pill (Dr. Agnes Jurati), Harry Treadaway (Narek), and Evan Evagora (Elnor), as well as executive producers Alex Kurtzman, Michael Chabon, Akiva Goldsman, and Heather Kadin, co-executive producer and director Hanelle Culpepper and supervising producer Kirsten Beyer. It was certainly an exhilarating atmosphere in MSG’s Hulu Theater, especially when Stewart stepped onto the stage and was greeted by a standing ovation. The crowd’s excitement only enhanced when he announced that New York Comic-Con fans would be the first to view the “quite unseen” second trailer for Picard. | NYCC 2019: Trailer Confirms Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) As Playable Character In Marvel’s ‘Avengers’ Game
A new trailer has been released for Marvel’s Avengers, the upcoming video game developed by Crystal Dynamics, in collaboration with Eidos-Montréal, Nixxes Software, and Crystal Northwest, and published by Square Enix. The new trailer introduces Kamala Khan as a playable character, after we briefly saw her in the 19-minute gameplay video. In the comics, Khan was the fourth to assume the title of Ms. Marvel. Captain Marvel herself, Carol Danvers, was the first. You can find the trailer, along with a behind the scenes video and a character profile video, below.
