The first look at Solo: A Star Wars Story debuted during tonight’s Super Bowl broadcast and is now online for all to see. After months of production problem news, reshoots, and waiting for the first trailer to drop, we are finally getting our first look at the second of the Star Wars spinoffs.

Alden Ehrenreich stars the young title smuggler, with Donald Glover playing the cool and suave young Lando Calrissian. With the spinoff just a few more months away from release, Solo promises to be one of the more interesting marketing campaigns for a blockbuster movie this year. Check it out here below.

It’s perfectly understandable if some Star Wars fans have been expressing some form of frustration over the lack of marketing for Solo: A Star Wars Story. But today is the day Disney can help ease some of that frustration.

While it may not be a trailer or an actual still from the film, we do have an official plot synopsis that gives us a look at the upcoming spinoff. Check it out below.

These Star Wars spinoffs are a part of the larger universe and are meant to tell stories that aren’t about the core saga. We saw a little bit of that in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and we will see that once more in the Han Solo standalone film, which has been going by that non-title since the beginning of production and well after Ron Howard came in to direct the film.
