| Conan O’Brien Beats Out Jay Leno, David Letterman & Everyone Else In Debut
Not that it’s much of a shocking result, but Conan O’Brien‘s brand new late night talk show on TBS, Conan, debuted last night to big results. The show brought in higher ratings than all other late night contenders, including Jay Leno and his Tonight Show, David Letterman and his Late Show, John Stewart‘s Daily Show, and all others. Conan lured 4.2 million sets of eyeballs (3.3 million in the coveted ages 18-49 demographic) to his new show, while Leno had 3.5 million and Letterman had 3.4 million. Even more interestingly perhaps, is that the median average age of O’Briens viewers was 30 years old, while competition Leno’s median age was 59 and Letterman’s was 53. It’s becoming more and more clear what late night shows the Fox News crowd is into.

| Watch Conan O’Brien’s Show Zero Before ‘Conan’ Starts Next Week! |
 |

After the disaster that went down with NBC and Jay Leno, leaving a one Conan O’Brien out in the dark and alone (though with a sizable chunk of compensation in his pocket), we had ourselves a long, long wait ahead of us before Conan would be contractually eligible to return to the air. Back in April we found out that the late night talk show host’s new home would in fact be TBS, and now, finally, it’s almost here: the glorious return of Conan O’Brien. Conan is set to debut this upcoming Monday night at 11pm, but if just a few more days of waiting is still too much for you, Conan decided to make a mini internet preview called Show Zero on Team Coco. This condensed sample of the show takes all of the fun we’re used to and jam-packs it into a nice and neat sub-5-minute pile of entertainment. Guests include The Big Bang Theory‘s Jim Parsons and a musical performance from Steel Train. Click on over to the other side to watch Conan O’Brien’s Show Zero, and be sure to tune in next Monday at 11 to help stick it to NBC.

| Andy Richter Set To Re-Join Conan O’Brien On TBS Show ‘Conan’ |
 |

Through all of the drama that has unfolded involving Conan O’Brien and NBC’s The Tonight Show, the light at the end of the tunnel was always where he would end up next. Second to that, we all wondered just how similar Conan’s new show would be to his old ones. Lost in the talk show drama fire, we know that all of the crazy things that O’Brien created while at NBC — such as Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, for example — are the property of the network and will not be used again. What NBC doesn’t own, however, are the human beings that have worked with Conan in the past, and one has been confirmed for the reunion. It’s being reported that none other than Andy Richter will indeed join O’Brien on his new TBS show, titled Conan, when it debuts on November 8, 2010. Richter was a beloved member of Late Night with Conan O’Brien back in the good old days before he left the show to try out his acting chops. The duo reunited when Conan took over The Tonight Show from Jay Leno, but we all know how well that played out.

| Conan O’Brien Announces Title Of New TBS Late Night Show
We’ve known for a while that star late night talk show host Conan O’Brien would be bringing his talents to TBS after an epic fallout with NBC left him parting ways with the network and on vacation until this fall. While we all just want our precious Conan back on the air, one big question has been what exactly Conan’s show would be called when it does eventually debut, and this is a question that we now have an answer to. It will also be interesting to see how similar or different the show will be from his NBC shows knowing that they still own a lot of the great things he created, but for now, we have ourselves the title at least. Conan revealed that they had unveiled what his new show would be called on his Twitter account, which lead to the Team Coco website and a video with the big reveal. You can click on over to the other side now to check out the video featuring O’brien himself now!
