| SDCC 2014: DreamWorks Animation Panel With Benedict Cumberbatch (Photos)Thursday’s San Diego Comic-Con kicked off with a presentation by DreamWorks Animation in the convention center’s hallowed Hall H. Ferguson opened with a joke about how SDCC is the weekend all domestic cats dread as their owners dress up in weird costumes and leave them alone for the weekend. | First Trailer For ‘Wish I Was Here,’ Zach Braff’s ‘Garden State’ Follow-Up
Zach Braff‘s long-awaited directorial follow-up to his 2004 hit Garden State, Wish I Was Here, has traveled an interesting road. Braff took to Kickstarter to fund the movie—and had much success in doing so—but faced some backlash from those who felt someone of his status shouldn’t be seeking the donations of fans to finance a project. With all of that in the past, the movie has been made and had a strong showing at the Sundance Film Festival before being picked up by Focus Features for distribution in North America. Now the first teaser trailer for Wish I Was Here has been released, and can be seen below.
