Terminator 2 remains one of the most important films of my life. Nine years old in 1991, the TV ads for it drove me into a frenzy and my dad’s bad judgment or not allowed me to watch the original before taking me to see T2 in theaters on opening weekend. It was the first movie I ever saw multiple times in theaters, and 27 years later it still holds up as one of the greatest films of all time. It is a masterpiece of action set pieces, drama, music and violence. Titanic and Avatar be damned, THIS is James Cameron’s magnum opus. Now there is new 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray bundle available, giving home viewers the chance to enjoy one of the most epic films in the most epic way.

Watch Now: ‘Game Of Thrones’ Characters Arya Stark and The Hound In ‘Terminator 2’

Did a certain scene from the hit HBO series Game of Thrones featuring Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) and Sandor “The Hound” Clegane (Rory McCann) make you think of another scene involving a kid and a ruthless killing machine from the sci-fi classic Terminator 2: Judgment Day? Me neither! Plus, you probably have no idea which scenes I’m talking about, and that doesn’t help you at all.
But it did remind one fan, YouTube user javieralvarez, of a scene in Terminator 2, in which a young John Connor (Edward Furlong) yells at the terminator sworn to protect him (Arnold Schwarzenegger) about not killing everyone. And of course, following the rules of the internet, they then fused the two scenes together for our enjoyment.
You can watch the video below.

Must Watch: Classic Movies Made Better By Tom Selleck’s Mustache

The Godfather, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Toy Story, Ghostbusters—these are all considered cinema classics by most. But what one thing could make even these movies a whole lot better? That’s right, Tom Selleck’s Mustache.
Selleck has one of the most famous lip coats Hollywood has ever seen, and the addition of it to the iconic characters of these beloved films only fortifies their unbreakable legacies.
You can see a video showing a bunch of movies—including the ones above and many more…like Raiders of the Lost Ark, very fittingly—with the Selleck ‘stache added by clicking on over to the other side now.

‘Fast & Furious’ Director Justin Lin Hopes To Bring Sarah Connor Back In ‘Terminator 5’

Just recently it was reported that Justin Lin had signed a two–year deal with Universal Pictures that would see him working on numerous different films, including Fast and the Furious 6, the follow–up to Fast Five, which Lin directed in addition to The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and Fast & Furious.
But one of the multiple other projects that Lin is attached to direct is Terminator 5, which is still being developed and does not have a major studio backing it yet. Even so, Lin had a chat with MovieHole recently, and discussed the future of the Terminator franchise, including bringing back Sarah Connor somehow.

‘Terminator’ Producer Gale Anne Hurd Wants To Save The Franchise
|
 |

We all know things haven’t gone so well for The Terminator franchise since James Cameron’s incredible sequel, Terminator 2: Judgment Day hit theaters in 1991.
Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines wasn’t unwatchable, but also wasn’t anywhere near what the first two movies were. Then came Terminator: Salvation, the fourth installment directed by McG, which delivered very impressive trailers and a lot of high hopes from fans but ultimately proved unworthy to the tune of millions of furious faithfuls.
Halcyon, the company behind Salvation, went bankrupt not too long after the release of the movie, and the rights to the Terminator franchise were later acquired by another company named Pacificor — though no future projects have been officially announced at the moment.
So what does Gale Anne Hurd — co-writer of the original and producer of the first three titles, as well as current producer on AMC’s The Walking Dead — think of what has become of her shared brainchild? Well, she’s not too excited about it.
