Amidst Kristen Stewart Scandal, Summit Moves Forward With ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2’ As Planned

By now anyone familiar with The Twilight Saga has heard about the scandal involving star Kristen Stewart, who had a little fling with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders while still being very much involved with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson.
Obviously the news did not go over well with the series’ rabid fanbase, leading many to wonder whether Stewart’s actions might cause severe damage to the Twilight franchise going forward.
With only one movie left, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, which was expected to deliver massive box office numbers, it suddenly became quite complicated to promote the movie as necessary. But, according to Summit Entertainment, they’re moving on as planned.

Sneak Peek: Watch 14 Seconds Of ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 2′ Trailer

A few months before the release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1, Summit Entertainment released a 15-second teaser clip of the trailer. Although, that might not seem like much, for fans who are clamoring to see any bit of new Twilight footage they can, those few seconds were enough to hold them over… for a few days.
Now, the movie studio has done the same thing with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, the final installment in the 5-movie franchise.
You can watch the 14-second teaser clip here below.

Lionsgate Acquires Summit Entertainment; Hints At More ‘Twilight Saga’

It was announced Friday that Lionsgate had completed an acquisition of Summit Entertainment for a grand total of $412.5 million. And while that sounds like a lot of coin, the purchase comes with a little franchise called The Twilight Saga, which has already inexplicably brought in over $2.5 BILLION in worldwide box office…as we can only look on, stunned, shaking our heads.
The one great thing (for said stunned head-shaking public, anyway) about The Twilight Saga was the fact that we knew that after they drew it out as long as possible and milked every penny they could out of their fans, it would be done and over with. Such a silly thing for us to hope for.

Watch Now: Full Trailer For ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1’

A few days ago, you got to see a 15-second sneak peek for the The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 theatrical trailer. Changes are, if you’re a fan of the series, you were aching for more.
Well, ache no more! The full trailer is finally here and you can watch it in full right here below.
Also, Summit Entertainment released a new image from the film, which you can see at top (click for larger view). It’s another Bella and Edward honeymoon shot. Now, I saw the footage at San Diego Comic-Con of Bella getting into that bathrobe and I can tell you, she does A LOT of prepping to get ready for her sexy time with Edward (teeth brushing, hair combing, leg shaving – although I still don’t understand why she’s shaving her legs on her wedding night, wouldn’t she have done this in the morning before the wedding?).

2 New Teaser Posters For ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1’

There’s been lots of photos released for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1, the penultimate installment in the Twilight film franchise. We’ve seen love birds Bella and Edward readying for their wedding, enjoying their honeymoon with plenty of steamy shots, and then getting some shocking news. As far as third wheel Jacob, everything we’ve seen of him is one pissed-off brooding wolfboy.
Now, Yahoo! has two new teaser posters for the film that show more of the same — sexy, in love Bella and Edward; brooding Jacob. But, I think Twilight fans will definitely dig it.
Check out the posters here below.

Watch Now: First Trailer For ‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 1’

Remember that itty bitty peek at Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 1 we posted the other day? We thought that’d be it until later tonight when the movie’s young stars appear at the The 2011 MTV Movie Awards to introduce new footage from the film, but as it turns out, the full teaser trailer is now online.
Watch the trailer here below.
The tiny peek video centered around Bella and Edward’s impending nuptials and the teaser trailer is more of the same, as guests get their wedding invites, some of whom are not at all pleased by the event (you can guess who). There’s even a first-look at the bride on her wedding day, as well as what fans really want to see — the wedding night. Oh, and it ends with Bella noticing something strange happening while she’s still on her honeymoon (you guys know what I’m talking about!).
