| ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Image Sees Spidey Missing His Train
Some of you may know that the first trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming drops tonight. But just in case you forgot, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have decided to release a nice teaser image of the Webslinger to serve as a reminder that it is coming. Those who couldn’t attend the panel at Comic-Con this summer will no longer have to wait or read details of the footage that was shown. | ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Tease Wants You To See Full Trailer Tomorrow
When word came that Spider-Man would be shared by Sony and Marvel, every Marvel fan nearly dropped to their knees. That excitement grew exponentially when we learned that we would see him as early as Captain America: Civil War. And from that first moment, he said “Hey, Everybody,” we knew that this was the right Spider-Man. Now we can get excited for his solo adventures, which kicks off with Spider-Man: Homecoming. After waiting seven grueling months, we’ll finally get to see the official trailer. Check out the video teasing the trailer’s release below.

| ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Characters Flash Thompson, Liz Allen, Ned Leeds Confirmed |

This past weekend, Marvel Studios hd something extra special to show their fans at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Aside from Black Panther, Thor: Ragnarok, and Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2, the cast of Spider-Man: Homecoming made a very brief appearance to show Hall H attendees from exclusive footage (see our description of what was shown). Now, it’s very unlikely who were not in attendance will get to see this footage any time soon, but they’ll be able to get the entire film next year. Here’s what we do know so far about the characters in director Jon Watts‘ Spider-Man film: Tom Holland is Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Zendaya plays Michelle, and the film will have a John Hughes vibe. But as for Tony Revolori, Jacob Batalon, and Laura Harrier, their characters have remained under wraps… until now. | Michael Keaton Re-Enters Talks To Star In ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’
Just a few weeks ago it looked like Sony and director Jon Watts were going to have to find a new actor to play the villain in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Academy Award winner Michael Keaton was the frontrunner for the role, as reports spread about his possible casting. However, the actor seemingly dropped out of the running. However, it seems as though the thought of being in a Spider-Man movie that is now a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe could not escape the actor, as he is now back in talks to star in the same role. There are also reports that there will be more than just one villain in the film. Find out more here below.

| Robert Downey Jr. Will Return As Tony Stark In ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’
For months it has been rumored, semi-confirmed, and joked about on the junket circuit and late night talk show circuit, but now it is official: Robert Downey Jr. has signed on to co-star in Spider-Man: Homecoming! Naturally he’ll be returning to play Tony Stark in the Sony Pictures/Marvel Studios production which Jon Watts (Cop Car) is directing from a screenplay by John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein (Horrible Bosses), with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige producing alongside Amy Pascal. Tom Holland, the latest actor to play Spider-Man, will make his first appearance as the superhero in next month’s Captain America: Civil War. The events of that film are expected to pay off in Homecoming.
