Following the release of the sneak peek for the trailer of Bryan Singer‘s X-Men: Days Of Future Past, Fox has released 12 new images from the film featuring the ensemble cast. The film finds a present-day Professor X (Patrick Stewart) and Magneto (Ian McKellen) sending Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) being sent back in time to 1973 to meet their past selves Professor X (James McAvoy), Magneto (Michael Fassbender), and the rest of the mutants from X-Men: First Class to stop Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage) and his Sentinels, robots designed to hunt and kill mutants. Each and every week, I, “Carton of Hate” Henchman21, and “Have you been reading Milk and Cheese again?” Empress Eve read a lot of comics. Seriously you guys, a lot of comics. Maybe too many comics. I mean, it is possible”¦ theoretically. Naturally, we look forward to some more than others. I mean, who doesn’t? So, let’s take a look into the depths of our pull lists, grab some comics, and we’ll let YOU know what the top books to look forward to are for the week of October 2, 2013. Single issues and trades, they’re all here. Here’s the thing, I was going to follow last week’s format and do a bunch of quick shots about a bunch of issues out this week. But then I started writing and I got excited about the comics out this week because comics are freaking awesome! And there’s a lot of freaking awesome comics out this week and I couldn’t stop writing about them. Channing Tatum‘s roles have varied over the years, from dancer to G.I. Joe to undercover cop to White House Secret Service Agent. But there is one role he is just itching to take one: the role of a superhero. In the same overseas White House Down junket, Tatum was asked if he would like to “get in” on the role of a superhero. Tatum excitedly said yes. He then added if he had his pick, he would play Gambit, because of his family ties to New Orleans.
