Live Free or Die Hard may have been the swan song for the heavy actioner franchise, but consider A Good Day to Die Hard to be the commencement of a brand new beginning. The first teaser trailer for A Good Day to Die Hard, a.k.a. Die Hard 5, has arrived online, and to say that it is the most explosive entry in the Die Hard franchise would be a vast understatement.

In the film, John McClane heads to Russia to bail his estranged son out a sticky situation. But as we all know, wherever John McClane goes, trouble follows. And based on the looks of this trailer, there will be a lot of trouble. Bruce Willis comes back to reprise his role as daddy McClain – because honestly there is no one else fit to take that mantle – and Jai Courtney will play his son. The trailer doesn’t reveal too much about the plot. The only things we get to see are an evil mastermind planning, a very sexy woman stripping in a parking garage, many explosions that are followed by many more explosions, and lots of running.

But I could care less about the plot of this film, I just want to see a good actioner, and thankfully, the Fox marketing team put together a trailer that puts the action in your face. Thanks to Yahoo! for the trailer.
