Watch Now: The First ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Reboot Trailer Debuts
The first full trailer for this summer’s Michael Bay-produced and Jonathan Liebesman-directed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot has premiered online a few days following its unveiling at this year’s CinemaCon. You can watch it here below.
The clip is framed by narration from William Fichtner‘s lily-white Shredder, explaining to April O’Neill (Megan Fox) how the city has fallen into ruin and chaos and how he and her father tried to stem the rising tide of violence by creating their own heroes. Yes friends, Shredder had a hand in creating the Ninja Turtles.

Disney In Depth: Movie Review: Muppets Most Wanted
|
Muppets Most Wanted
Directed by James Bobin
Starring Ricky Gervais, Ty Burrell, Tina Fey, Steve Whitmire, and Eric Jacobson
Walt Disney Pictures
Released March 21, 2014
The Muppets are back on the big screen, but does this “sequel” live up to the 2011 film that essentially ignited interest once again in the brand? While Muppets Most Wanted lacks the drama and overwhelming nostalgia of its predecessor, it more than makes up for that in laughs and smiles a plenty. The movie is insanely funny and astute, far from a film that you would want to imprison audiences from seeing.
While initial box office results are more disappointing and middling than encouraging – its opening weekend here in the United States totaled to a mere $17 million – I cannot think of any reason why moviegoers should avoid this genius blend of satire and parody in great Muppet form. It was evident in its marketing, and it translates to the actual film.

How would you react if you woke up as a half-naked woman in an alley just as two guys are about to assault you? And when you suddenly find yourself beating them down with almost no effort, what then? Well, that’s exactly how Angel Falling starts off. Not knowing who she is or why she’s there, she begins to search for answers alongside a new-found companion who is more than he seems, too.
Calling himself 5, the young man calls her by the name Angel but refuses to speak more on the subject. Or any subject for that matter, he is extremely tight-lipped about everything. What he does show her, however, is that he has perfect reactions and is exceptionally skilled at hand-to-hand combat. We learn that he has eidetic kinesthesia, also known as perfect physical memory. This allows him to mimic and retain every physical action he sees. His statement of “failure means death” is repeated often throughout the comic.

Do you ever wonder how teachers manage to command the respect of especially rowdy students? We all know that multitudes of tactics have been tested, but a Belgian math teacher may just be the winner of life after coming up with a most devious plan last week.
After being unable to calm his students down, the teacher asked if his pupils watched the HBO Drama Game of Thrones and promptly found out that most were fans. The teacher then responded, “Well, I’ve read all the books. If there is too much noise, I will write the names of the dead on the board.” Continuing, he said, “They are enough to fill the whole year and I can even describe how they die.”
