Netflix has released the official trailer for their upcoming series Daredevil, which is based on the hit Marvel comic of the same name and the first of four new Marvel series coming soon to the streaming juggernaut’s list of content.
The trailer shows offers plenty of new peeks at the show, including a new look at Vincent D’Onofrio as the villain Wilson Fisk, better known as the Kingpin, who we recently saw for the first time in some new images.

“Marvel’s Daredevil” is a live action series that follows the journey of attorney Matt Murdock, who in a tragic accident was blinded as a boy but imbued with extraordinary senses. Murdock sets up practice in his old neighborhood of Hell’s Kitchen, New York where he now fights against injustice as a respected lawyer by day and masked vigilante at night.
Daredevil stars Charlie Cox (Stardust, Boardwalk Empire) as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Deborah Ann Woll (True Blood, Ruby Sparks) as Karen Page, Elden Henson (The Mighty Ducks, The Butterfly Effect) as Foggy Nelson with Rosario Dawson (Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints) as Claire Temple and Vincent D’Onofrio (Jurassic World, Law & Order: Criminal Intent) as Wilson Fisk. Also starring are Ayelet Zurer (Man of Steel, Angels & Demons) as Vanessa Marianna, Bob Gunton (The Shawshank Redemption, Argo) as Leland Owlsley, Toby Leonard Moore (John Wick, White Collars) as Wesley, Vondie Curtis-Hall (Die Hard 2, Romeo + Juliet) as Ben Urich.
You can check out the series when it premieres on April 10th. It will be followed by A.K.A. Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist, before all of the characters come together for an Avengers style collaboration in the mini series event The Defenders.
