The tragedy of the first Deadpool was that the merc with a potty mouth and a heart of gold was suffering from a deadly form of cancer. He went to great lengths to cure himself of the disease by going to a shadowy organization who claimed they could cure him. But he found himself looking like the thing he was trying to cure. So he took his outrage on those who made him that way. But now it is time to give back, and what better way to do that than a fourth wall breaking charity campaign. Ryan Reynolds along with Omaze are running a new campaign to support Fuck Cancer, which offers fans the chance to win a one-of-a-kind PINK Deadpool costume. The launch of this campaign coincides with the release of the upcoming Deadpool 2. Check out the video below.

We all love going to the movies. Heck, I’m having a fun time writing about them. So it’s sad to hear that some people may not have the same opportunity to watch them as much as I do. But hearing about how teachers and other inspirational people gather together to help kids watch Black Panther brought a tear to my eye. So it gives me joy to see how that has inspired another movement, one that will help kids who cannot control their circumstances go to a theater to watch Avengers: Infinity War. More on how you can help, and the newest TV spot, below.

Valentine’s Day is here! Are you still searching for a last-minute gift? Or perhaps you already have all your gifts purchased and ready to go for the big day, but you’d like to add a little something extra? Well then here are some lovely stress-free last-minute charitable gifts you can give this Valentine’s Day. See below for our list of Last-Minute Charitable Gift Ideas For Valentine’s Day. Here’s what you do: Make a charitable donation online — in some instances you can do so in the recipient’s name — then print out an e-card or other message offered. You can add this to an existing gift or give it on its own. If you want, you can run to a Walgreens or CVS (some kind of pharmacy type place), grab a tiny box of chocolates and/or tiny teddy bear, put it together with the charitable gift message/print-out into a pretty gift bag (add tissue paper if possible to pretty it up), which will make the presentation lovely and not make it seem like you waited till the last minute. Oh, and these are tax-deductible! And you’ll be helping others, while giving the gift. So, it’s a win all around.
