Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge On The Run. In it, we see the titular character go on his first ever CGI feature film adventure to find his beloved pet snail, Gary. And apparently Keanu Reeves is a sage who also happens to be a sage. Oh, the irony. Check out the trailer below.

It’s only been two days since Disney launched their exclusive streaming service, Disney+, but there are so many reasons for the studio to celebrate. About 3.2 million reasons. Great sports cinema goes far beyond what happens on the field, the court, or in this case, the racing track. It explores the unseen drama and relationships that are created off of them. Ford v Ferrari, directed by James Mangold, is just that kind of film as it chronicles the building of a better, faster, and stronger American car, while also elevating the story with a real-life grounded human drama.

Though it may check off all the boxes when it comes to biographical sports films, it also makes and checks off a few more with its editing and technical designs in sound, production, and costumes, and has audiences consuming what they are watching thanks in part to terrific performances from Matt Damon and Christian Bale. Sony Pictures Entertainment has released an international trailer for A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, the upcoming movie about Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood‘s Fred Rogers which stars two-time Academy Award winner Tom Hanks as the beloved children’s show host. An official trailer was released back in July.

The movie is based on the true story of a friendship that developed between Fred Rogers and a journalist (played by Matthew Rhys) who was tasked with doing a report on Rogers.

Paul Thomas Anderson has been taking a small vacation after directing Phantom Thread. But now it appears that he is getting ready to get back to work. New reports confirm that his next feature will be a film set in 1970s San Fernando Valley, and will center on a high school student who is also a Hollywood actor. More on the report below.
