| Toby Jones May Be Reprising Arnim Zola Role In ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’
Captain America was able to look so young in the modern age by unwillingly (or willingly depending on your point of view) encasing his body in ice. But as for some other people, surviving for decades and not dying is another story. One character in Captain America lore that has the most perplexing presence in the modern age is that of Arnim Zola, played by Toby Jones in Captain America: The First Avenger. In the comics, Zola was able to transfer his consciousness into a robotic body, which allowed him quasi-immortality and the ability to continue to carry out his mad scientist experiments. As crazy as that sounds, it’s quite possible that we could see that happening in the sequel as Jones has said that he will reprise his character for Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

| Actress Hayley Atwell Not Returning For ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’
The female lead for the first Captain America movie, Captain America: The First Avenger, will apparently not be returning for the sequel, Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Hayley Atwell, who played Peggy Carter in the original 1940s-set movie, confirmed in a recent interview that she would not be returning for the sequel. The movie will take place present day, but it was thought that there would be flashbacks and such used.

| Frank Grillo Will Play Crossbones In ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’
It only feels like the rumor that Frank Grillo would play Crossbones in Captain America: The Winter Soldier surfaced last week. Maybe that’s because it was last week. So today, there is confirmation that Grillo will be playing as the skilled marksman in the sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger. But what does this mean for the titular villain? Rumors of Grillo testing for Crossbones came about when the actor tweeted some Marvel Studios related material along with the hashtag Captain America – these tweets were later deleted. There were no other actors reportedly testing for the role of the deadly assassin. In fact it was the first time the villain’s name came up. The news of Grillo’s casting was confirmed earlier today. Now how the villain will be introduced into the story remains a mystery.
