| Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel & Bill Nighy Join ‘Total Recall’ Cast
Are you interested in the Total Recall remake yet? It sounded like the worst idea in the world at first, but the cast keeps growing and growing and now it’s hard to ignore and not be at least a little intrigued by. Three new names have now joined the cast, including Kate Beckinsale (whose husband, Len Wiseman, is directing) and Jessica Biel, who were said to be in talks for roles around the same time Ethan Hawke was cast in a small cameo role. As it turns out, however, this assumption was wrong and the actresses will be playing the opposite roles.

The movie is a remake of the 1990 movie of the same name, which is based on the Philip K. Dick story We Can Remember It for You Wholesale. It follows a man named Douglas Quaid who takes a vacation of the mind to the planet Mars, but when he suspects his memories have been corrupted in hopes of hiding his own reality he ventures to the planet for real, causing him to uncover some very big secrets and leading him to question what is real and what is all in his mind.
