Sausage Party is advertised as a raunchy rated-R animated comedy. If that is what draws you to the theater, you will not be disappointed. Sausage Party contains some of crudest and most vulgar humor since… well, ever. Deadpool, which came out earlier this year, prided itself on being a rated-R superhero movie, and while there was sex, graphic violence, and language that would get you kicked out of church, it pales in comparison to the literal non-stop 90-minutes of lunacy that is Sausage Party.
Spoilers and more below.

Seth Rogen Pranks Grocery Store Shoppers With Talking Food For ‘Sausage Party’ (Video)

The R-rated animated movie Sausage Party, which follows food discovering the horrifying truth about what happens when they get purchased by someone, is out in theaters today. To help promote the movie to those who aren’t already sold and planning to see it, star Seth Rogen took part in a prank at a grocery store.
The prank involves a few strategically placed animatronic food items which come to life when shoppers are near, and Rogen speaking as the food from a back room to teach said shoppers about how evil it is to eat melons and other food items.
You can see how the shoppers reacted to the surprise of food talking to them at the grocery store in the video below.

‘Sausage Party’ Cast Includes Seth Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill, Kristen Wiig, Michael Cera, Edward Norton

Back in September we found out about a new animated comedy from This Is The End writers and directors Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg titled Sausage Party.
But this animated comedy, as you likely suspected, is not one you’ll want your kids watching. The movie is a raunchy R-rated comedy that tells the story of a sausage who falls out of a shopping cart at a grocery store, and meets some new friends as they all embark on a dangerous journey trying to get back to their aisles in the store before the big 4th of July sale.
Now comes word of the movie’s voice cast, and, considering the movie comes from Rogen and Goldberg, most of the names should come as no great shock. The cast includes Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill, Kristen Wiig, Michael Cera, Edward Norton, Nick Kroll, and David Krumholtz.

With shows like Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, and True Blood leading the charge, it’s clear that HBO’s hit shows can often have a hefty budget and rely heavily on visual effects and costumes and so on. One of their newer series, The Newsroom, is not one of those shows.
Created by Aaron Sorkin, the show is simple enough on the surface—being about the inner workings of a news team—but a collection of lives intertwined within this newsroom setting leads to plenty of interesting storylines as the show progresses. Instead of the aforementioned effects and costumes, it instead relies on two key things: writing and acting, and nails both of them consistently.

Emma Watson, Jason Segel Join Seth Rogen & Jay Baruchel’s Apocalypse Movie ‘End Of The World’

It’s been nearly four years now since we first heard that Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, and Evan Goldberg‘s apocalypse comedy trailer, Jay and Seth Versus the Apocalypse (which you can see here if you haven’t already), would actually be turned into a feature length movie.
Since then it has be re-named The Apocalypse…and then re-named again, giving it its current title, The End of the World. With the title changes the movie’s story has also changed, and quite the cast of actors have jumped on board, most of whom we’re used to seeing together on the screen.
Even more actors are now joining the project, including Harry Potter star Emma Watson, who’s in negotiations, as well as Jason Segel and David Krumholtz. All three actors will be playing themselves.
