When we last saw Supreme Leader Snoke (Andy Serkis) in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, he ordered General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson) to go fetch Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) so that he may train him in the Dark Side of the Force. At the time, we only saw him in a holographic form, leaving his true look a mystery. But Star Wars: The Last Jedi will give us a first look at the real Snoke, and Praetorian Guard, the royal guard who are assigned to protect him. Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for mother! from Oscar nominated Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, The Wrestler, and Black Swan director Darren Aronofsky.

The psychological thriller features an impressive cast, toplined by Academy Award winners Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem as a couple whose relationship is put to the test when uninvited guests show up at their home.

We already know that Disney is doing a live-action Winnie the Pooh movie titled Christopher Robin with Ewan McGregor playing the title character. But Fox Searchlight has their own Winnie the Pooh movie on the way, titled Goodbye Christopher Robin, and they’ve released an official trailer for it.

The movie is in the same vein as Finding Neverland, telling the story of author A.A. Milne and how his son Christopher Robin and his toys inspired his Winnie the Pooh stories.

For the past few D23 Expos, Lucasfilm has had at least one Star Wars thing to show attendees. So following the success of Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Rogue One: A Star Wars: Story, everyone was eagerly awaiting to see some brand new footage from Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The Rian Johnson film has been on everyone’s minds since the first trailer popped up at Star Wars Celebration earlier this year. Many are wondering what the title means and if Luke really wants the Jedi Order to end. At the D23 today, the Lucasfilm portion of the live-action panel provided some answers. Check them out below.

Later this week the first movie in Universal’s shared Dark Universe franchise kicks off with The Mummy. Tom Cruise stars in the movie, but it’s not the only thing you’ll see him in this year. Releasing this fall is another Universal title starring Cruise, American Made.

In the movie Cruise plays a pilot who partakes in work of questionable legality, which leads to him being recruited by much bigger and more powerful employers. If a Top Gun 2 wasn’t already in the works, you could picture this as a sequel mixed with a bit of Blow starring Johnny Depp, who’s also part of Universal’s Dark Universe as The Invisible Man. The movie is directed by Doug Liman, who worked with Cruise on Edge of Tomorrow. And like Blow, it’s based on a true story.
