Air Date: Monday, May 22nd, 2017, 8pm Last week on Gotham, Kathryn (Leslie Hendrix) stole Barnes (Michael Chiklis) out of Arkham for his virus blood. She charged Dr. Strange (BD Wong) with creating a version that was transmutable through the air. Jim (Ben McKenzie) was in good with the Court of Owls, tested when Kathryn wanted to infect a roomful of people. He failed the test when he got Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) to help rescue them. Ivy found Selina (Maggie Geha, Camren Bicondova) in the hospital and cured her with her special plants. Selina ran to kill Bruce 2 (David Mazouz). Kathryn set Barnes after Jim. The Court kidnapped Penguin and put him in a cage next to Nygma (Cory Michael Smith). Spoilers below.

Air Date: Tuesday, May 16th, 2017, 9:00pm Last week on Prison Break, the guys tried to figure out how to escape Yemen and ISIL. They went to Omar (Akin Gazi), who tried to trick them, but it did not work. They headed to Phaecia. A&W and Van Gogh (Marina Benedict, Steve Mouzakis) went to the NSA and found Michael (Wentworth Miller) and company with a drone, but Van Gogh snuck off to make sure that ISIL found them too. The boys were able to thwart them, but Cyclops (Amin El Gamal) showed up. They split up to throw him off. Lincoln, Ja, and Whip (Dominic Purcell, Augustus Prew, Rick Yune) ended up in Phaecia, while Michael ended up killing Cyclops, getting grievously wounded in the process. The guys set off some of the fireworks they brought to lead the broken Michael out of the desert. Spoilers below.

| Trailer For Seth MacFarlane’s ‘Star Trek’-Inspired Comedy ‘The Orville’ Released
FOX has been releasing some trailers for upcoming shows this week, including one for the X-Men series The Gifted. Another trailer they released is for a show titled The Orville. It’s a sci-fi comedy inspired by Star Trek (so a little closer to Galaxy Quest, but without the Seven Samurai storyline), and comes from Family Guy creator and Ted director Seth MacFarlane, with Jon Favreau (Iron Man, The Jungle Book) directing. The show is set 400 years in the future, following the crew of a spaceship as they face everything from dangerous space situations to normal day-to-day workplace situations. | ‘The Gifted’ Trailer: FOX Has Their Own ‘X-Men’ TV Show
First, it was Legion. Now it’s The Gifted. Just as Marvel has expanded their little movie universe by taking a step into TV, so has FOX with their X-Men properties. Though these shows then to vary between praises and criticisms, nothing is really going to stop them from being made. So in order to stop from being repetitive, Fox’s The Gifted gets a new angle. A family on the run with their father who used to work for the very people who are chasing them. While it’s a premise we’ve seen before, the added mix of a child with special powers does provide a new Marvel twist. And that may just be the thing to make this show a hit.
