| SXSW 2018: DC Creators Talk The Future Of Superman Ahead Of Action Comics #1000
One huge benefit of reuniting Superman with his iconic red trunks is the amount of attention it creates, which is very useful for DC Comics as it embarks on a brand new era for the Man of Steel. Case in point, the promotion pairs red underwear featuring #thetrunksareback hashtag on the back as well as a wall of Voodoo Doughnuts in the shape of Superman’s shield at this year’s SXSW (see photos above and below).

| TV Series Based On Frank Miller’s ‘Sin City’ Being Developed
Our time in Basin City might not be over just yet. It’s being reported that a TV series based on Frank Miller‘s comic Sin City is now being developed. The TV series is being developed by The Weinstein Company and Dimension, based on a take from writer Glen Mazzara. Mazzara created TV series like Crash and the show based on The Omen, Damien. He’s also the former showrunner of The Walking Dead, and wrote and produced episodes of The Shield, Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, Hawthorne, and more.
