There are only a few more days left until the release of Star Trek Beyond, and Paramount is pulling out all the stops to make sure that you go and see this film. But just in case you still aren’t sure whether or not to see it, the studio has released one final short trailer that puts an emphasis on how much fun you will have.
Check out the final trailer here below.

Sulu Will Be A Gay Father In ‘Star Trek Beyond’; George Takei Disapproves Of Decision

Paramount will be releasing Star Trek Beyond in just a few weeks, and there is much anticipation surrounding the film. Part of that is sadly contributed due to the tragic passing of Anton Yelchin, but the other – which in no way should overshadow the loss of the actor – is the fact that the film will officially introduce a major character as a gay father.
During the film’s overseas press tour, it has been revealed that Sulu, played by John Cho, will be gay and he and his partner have a daughter together. More on the story below.

‘Star Trek Beyond’ Trailer: Less “Sabotage” More Excitement

A common criticism of the first Star Trek Beyond trailer was that it looked more like director Justin Lin took themes and elements of the Fast and Furious franchise and injected it into the lifeblood of Star Trek. However, this new one just released by Paramount Pictures is something that truly can carry the name Star Trek.
Check out the latest trailer here below, along with a new teaser poster.

‘Star Trek Beyond’ Enters Reshoots; Adds ’24’ Actress Shohreh Aghdashloo

Reshoots are not out of the ordinary for any film that has completed principal photography. The Justin Lin-directed Star Trek Beyond is about to go into reshoots, almost four months before the film’s release. But there may be a slight upside to this, depending on how you look at it of course.
Also, it looks like 24 actress Shohreh Aghdashloo will now be joining the cast. More on the story below.

They just don’t make action movies like they used to…or so it sometimes seems. Every once in a while one comes along that reminds us of that old school high-paced action we love so very much, and one such movie is The Raid: Redemption.
The movie consists of a simple premise: a team of elite cops sets off to an old run down 30-story apartment building to take out a deadly drug lord who runs the building with his men, while also allowing others to rent out rooms, usually to the city’s most dangerous criminals. The raid is supposed to go smoothly, but others have tried before and failed, and when word gets out that the squad is there, pure anarchy ensues. Now the cops are no longer fighting to complete their mission, but to escape the building alive.
