‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ Teaser Trailer: Michael Bay’s Explosive Spectacle Gets Knighted

Now that production for Transformers: The Last Knight has officially wrapped, Paramount Pictures has released the first official trailer for the film. The fifth installment in the Transformers film franchise will live up to its title by adding a medieval element to the story. But don’t hold your breath on the film actually having a plot, this is a Michael Bay feature after all.
That being said, these Transformer films have been very lucrative and has even given Paramount the idea to created a shared universe about the war between the Autobots and Decepticons. And the idea that there could be knights involved is very intriguing, even for a film that has been critically panned time and time again. So check out to see the first trailer for Transformers: The Last Knight.

Peter Berg‘s strength is in his ability to tell a gripping story, and give it a cinematic feel. The intense military drama Lone Survivor and the powerful oil-rig disaster Deepwater Horizon, were all fine examples of dramatized based on true-life stories that captured the world’s attention. Come next year, he will do the same with Patriots Day, a film that chronicles the events that transpired before, during, and after the Boston Marathon bombing that took place in April 2013.

J.J. Abrams Says ’10 Cloverfield Lane’ “Is Very Purposefully Not Called ‘Cloverfield 2′”

So far we know that the Dan Trachtenberg-directed 10 Cloverfield Lane is a blood-relative to Cloverfield – which was directed by Matt Reeves. Producer J.J. Abrams made that abundantly clear when a surprise trailer made its debut in theaters alongside 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers Of Benghazi earlier this year. But just sharing the name has a few thinking that the new film is a direct sequel to the 2008 sci-fi hit.
Now Abrams wants to clear the air. Despite the fact that the two films share the same name, and the characters are in the same world as the first Cloverfield, 10 Cloverfield Lane is not “Cloverfield 2.” It’s just 10 Cloverfield Lane. Check out what he had to say here below.
