So did you like Forgetting Sarah Marshall? Are you a fan of Russell Brand and Jonah Hill? If you said yes to either of those, than you probably have already watched Get Him to the Greek. If you have seen other Judd Apatow films, you probably won’t be very shocked at what was brought to the table by this movie but if you like that kind of thing this will definitely be a movie you will enjoy.
I really have to say that I was very impressed by the writing in this movie. Jason Segel and Nicholas Stoller did a great job with almost all of the dialogue and the situations were extremely funny. I was not as big a fan of the directing and some of the acting could have used a little work, but overall the movie was a lot of fun and I enjoyed it a lot. Speaking of acting, the cast in the movie was extremely packed. I would say a majority of the budget was probably spent on casting alone. Some highlights outside of the two main characters are Aziz Ansari, Sean Combs, Zoe Salmon, Lars Ulrich, Pink, Billy Bush, Kurt Loder, Christina Aguilera, Elisabeth Moss, and many many more. Overall the some of the most fun in the movie is the different cast members and the cameos that you have to constantly look out for. This all coupled with some high quality comedy makes for a really fun comedy and a great summer movie. Well let’s get to it guys. It’s time for the SPOILER TALK! Below are my spoiler laden thoughts about Get Him to the Greek and even farther below that is the comment section is where you can leave your thoughts about the movie as well.

| Trailer, Poster & Synopsis For Judd Apatow Produced ‘Get Him To The Greek’ |
 |

No one denies how good the movies that Judd Apatow directs tend to be, but many great comedies that have his name attached to them are ones that he is in the role of producer on. One of these Apatow-produced films that won many hearts and much laughter was of course Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Now, many of the talents that made that film are set to bring us another movie called Get Him to the Greek, and you can see the first official trailer, a shiny new poster, and read the full synopsis right here and right now. The movie stars Russell Brand and Jonah Hill, and it tells the story of a young record label up-and-comer who has to find a way to get an unruly rock star from London to a comeback concert date in Los Angeles. Get Him to the Greek is also directed by Sarah Marshall helmer Nicholas Stoller, which is actually pretty fitting. Considering the synopsis of this movie, those involved, and people like Brand’s character in Sarah Marshall, it feels almost more like sequel or spinoff movie than its own film, and that could be a lot of fun in its own right. Click on over to the other side to check out the new trailer, take a peek at the movie’s one-sheet, and read all about the storyline in the official synopsis. | ‘Flight Of The Conchords’ & Borat Co-Creator James Bobin To Bring Us Sweet Muppet Action |
 |

It’s no secret that Jim Henson‘s Muppet army is raring up to make a big comeback. In March of ’08 we found out that Forgetting Sarah Marshall duo Jason Segel and Nick Stoller would be writing a new Muppet movie for Disney. After that, we also found out that a slew of other plans were in motion as well, including TV specials, merchandise, and music albums. In case you missed it, you can catch up on all Muppet plans here and now (Read: It’s Not Meat, It’s Not Puppets “¦ It’s The Muppets & They’re Coming Back Big!). At the time, it sounded like Segel and Stoller would actually be handling the directing duties of the movie as well — we knew that they could pull it off after seeing their work with the Henson-made Dracula puppet and their song “Dracula’s Lament” — but that’s not the case. It’s being reported that James Bobin, who co-created the popular HBO series Flight of the Conchords and helped Sascha Baron Cohen to create his multiple personalities — including Ali G, Borat, and Bruno — has now been brought in to helm the next Muppet movie.
