| ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Will Visit Planet Hulk’s Sakaar
Any hopes of a solo Hulk film have been continually shot down time and time again, and it doesn’t look like the character will be getting one anytime soon. However, that isn’t stopping Marvel Studios from finding creative ways to incorporate Hulk story arcs into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Rumors of Hulk appearing in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 supported the idea that we would get to see a Planet Hulk arc on the big screen. James Gunn quickly shot them down. But those rumors quickly popped back up when it was announced that Hulk would appear in Thor: Ragnarok. We saw hints of Planet Hulk when we saw concept art of Hulk wearing his signature gladiator armor. Now after months of rumors and speculation, director Taika Waititi has confirmed Thor: Ragnarok will be using elements of Planet Hulk by saying audiences will be paying a visit to the gladiator planet Sakaar. Check out the full story below.

| ‘Deadpool’ Director Tim Miller Quits Sequel Over Creative Differences With Ryan Reynolds
Deadpool director Tim Miller has exited the production of the sequel, obviously titled Deadpool 2 (for now), over creative differences with star Ryan Reynolds, according to Mike Fleming Jr. at Deadline. Miller had not formally signed on to direct the sequel to this year’s surprise comic book action-comedy blockbuster (which grossed $760 million worldwide) when he decided to step down. This news comes just two days after it was reported that Miller was looking at several prominent actresses for the role of the mutant assassin Domino, including Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Swiss Army Man), and Sofia Boutella (Kingsman: The Secret Service). Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights) remains one of the top contenders to play the fan-favorite mutant antihero Cable.

| ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Will Have A Tone Unlike Any Other Marvel Film
All of Marvel Studios’ films have a different tone and vibe to them, each of which makes them special and unique in their own way. But one particular title fans are interested in is Thor: Ragnarok. When the studio first premiered the new look of the title at San Diego Comic-Con this year, it got fans talking. The film will hit theaters next year, so expect Marvel to kick off the marketing campaign soon after Doctor Strange. But director Taika Waititi (What We Do in the Shadows) is getting a bit of a head start by talking a little about the film. Check out what he had to say below.

| ‘Thor: Ragnarok’: Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh To Score Marvel Film
Avant-garde musician Mark Mothersbaugh became an icon of 1980’s rock when he helped found the offbeat band Devo and he has composed original music scores for over 170 films and television shows. He’s long been the go-to music man for directors such as Wes Anderson and the team of Phil Lord and Chris Miller, and now it looks he’ll be bringing his particular brand of quirky, energetic movie melodies to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Mothersbaugh has been hired to provide the score for next year’s Thor: Ragnarok, which is currently filming in Australia under director Taika Waititi (What We Do in the Shadows). Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston, respectively, are returning as the heroic, hammer-wielding God of Thunder and his villainous brother Loki.
