Each and every week, I, “Illegal Bat!” Henchman 21 and “Get over it!” Empress Eve read a lot of comics. Seriously you guys, a lot of comics. Maybe too many comics. I mean, it is possible”¦ theoretically. Naturally, we look forward to some more than others. I mean, who doesn’t? Yes! This week marks the start of the first batch of post Secret Wars, All-New All-Different Marvel comics relaunches. Also, Secret Wars #6 is out, meaning the series is two-thirds done”¦ Yeah, this is comics. If you’re not interested in the joy joy feeling that comes with dealing with Marvel’s publication schedule, there are plenty of other great books out there for you. Yes, it’s time for another jam-packed edition of The GoD List!

Image Comics held its annual Image Expo on Thursday, January 8, 2015, at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Fransisco, CA, where a host of top creators in the industry were on hand, including Brian K. Vaughan, Todd McFarlane, Marjorie Liu, Scott Snyder, Emi Lenox, Jeff Lemire, Emma Rios, James Robinson, and Brandon Graham.

Image Comics Publisher Eric Stephenson gave the keynote address and introduced the excellent line-up of writers and artists to the stage. An abundance of new (and returning) titles were announced — as well as some top-notch collaborations.
