Image Comics held its annual Image Expo on Thursday, January 8, 2015, at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Fransisco, CA, where a host of top creators in the industry were on hand, including Brian K. Vaughan, Todd McFarlane, Marjorie Liu, Scott Snyder, Emi Lenox, Jeff Lemire, Emma Rios, James Robinson, and Brandon Graham.

Image Comics Publisher Eric Stephenson gave the keynote address and introduced the excellent line-up of writers and artists to the stage. An abundance of new (and returning) titles were announced — as well as some top-notch collaborations.

Of the Image titles announced, here are my Top 5 Anticipated Series of 2015.

You better not shout, you better not cry, you better not pout, I’m telling you why, Batman is going to scream at you, tie you up, and leave you for the GCPD to find you. The good news, though, is that unless you’re Rudolph the Red-Nosed Hitman or some other nefarious being, you’re probably good on the tying up by Batman front. It’s been a couple of huge weeks, and we’re catching up from some time off last week with an extra-sized list this week. There are two books you need to buy this week, which I will list below. Sure, I suppose you can buy other books, but these are pretty much required reading for any comic book fan.
