| Every Marvel Movie Easter Egg Explained (Video)
Marvel Studios has been hiding Easter Eggs, those hidden hat tips for knowing fans, throughout their films since Iron Man, which was the start of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There was Captain America’s shield in Iron Man, Captain America’s blue serum in The Incredible Hulk, and The Infinity Gauntlet in Odin’s trophy room in Thor, among others. But, there’s more than just foreshowing of more Marvel movies to come; there’s also been references to the actors, other Marvel mediums, and much more. MTV has put together a 13-minute video that includes all the Easter Eggs throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe through Thor: The Dark World. (Guardians of the Galaxy just hit theaters today, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier is no longer in theaters and has not yet been given a home video release, so those two were not included in the video). | It’ll Be Three Years Before We See ‘Avengers 3’ Says Kevin Feige |

There will be a long lull of Marvel Studios’ films between Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers: Age of Ultron. In between that lull we could expect to see trailers and clips for the latter film. So while some of us are waiting for the highly anticipated Avengers sequel to hit theaters next May, others are thinking beyond that date. In addition to Age of Ultron, we will also see Ant-Man opening in July of next year, which will be followed up by Captain America 3 on May 6, 2016; followed by an untitled film; followed by another untitled film on May 5, 2017; then the release of Guardians of the Galaxy 2 on July 17, 2017, and another mystery release in November 2017. Marvel has carefully coordinated their plan of attack by releasing up to two to three films a year. But it is 2018 we should all be watching out for. 2012 marked the release of The Avengers, and it’ll be three years since its release when Age of Ultron hits theaters next year. So does that mean we will have to wait another three years before Avengers 3 hits after Age of Ultron? Hit the jump to find out.

| SDCC 2014: ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’: Captain America’s Shattered Shield & Ultron Props
At Marvel’s high-anticipated San Diego Comic-Con panel on Saturday, the first trailer for Avengers: Age Of Ulton premiered exclusively to attendees at the convention center’s massive Hall H auditorium. The trailer is not yet online, but you can check out our coverage of the panel, which includes footage description. The trailer introduces the film’s antagonist Ultron, who deems all the Avengers “unworthy,” stating that the only path to peace is their extinction. Of the many, many things shown in that packed trailer, there were 3 items from the film that ended up on display at the Marvel booth: Captain America’s shattered shield; an early look at Ultron, and the Hulkbuster armor.
