| Toby Jones May Be Reprising Arnim Zola Role In ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’
Captain America was able to look so young in the modern age by unwillingly (or willingly depending on your point of view) encasing his body in ice. But as for some other people, surviving for decades and not dying is another story. One character in Captain America lore that has the most perplexing presence in the modern age is that of Arnim Zola, played by Toby Jones in Captain America: The First Avenger. In the comics, Zola was able to transfer his consciousness into a robotic body, which allowed him quasi-immortality and the ability to continue to carry out his mad scientist experiments. As crazy as that sounds, it’s quite possible that we could see that happening in the sequel as Jones has said that he will reprise his character for Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

DIRECTOR: Rodrigo Cortes
WRITER: Rodrigo Cortes
STARRING: Cillian Murphy, Sigourney Weaver, Elizabeth Olsen, Robert De Niro, Toby Jones
Millennium Entertainment
RELEASE DATE: October 2, 2012 As a fan of director Rodrigo Cortes‘s last film, Buried, which used some extremely crafty filmmaking techniques that allowed it to take place entirely inside of a coffin with Ryan Reynolds, I was very much intrigued by his next movie, Red Lights. The movie is a psychological thriller in the truest sense, following Dr. Margaret Matheson (Sigourney Weaver) and Tom Buckley (Cillian Murphy)—a pair of paranormal researchers who have become quite masterful in revealing the scam that is mind readers and clairvoyants and mediums and the like using “red lights,” the subtle tricks used to sell their so called abilities.

Lionsgate Home Entertainment
RELEASE DATE: August 17, 2012 Before a movie adaptation of The Hunger Games was announced, I knew not one thing about it, not even the title. Going into finally seeing the movie for myself, I knew it was based on a wildly popular book series and whatever small story and character tidbits picked up while writing about various casting news and such. This is how I prefer going into any movie, whether it be an adaptation or sequel or completely original, so that there is no expectation whatsoever. The premise is simple, yet also quite brutal. After an apocalyptic event transforms North America, a wealthy government called the Capitol takes total control over the less-wealthy people and forms them into thirteen districts. After an uprising by the people ultimately results in the destruction of one of the districts, an unthinkable punishment is put into effect to keep everyone in check: each year, one boy and one girl ages 12-18 from each of the twelve districts will be selected at random to compete in the Hunger Games, where all 24 will fight to the death until only one remains.
