It’s nearly the end of the year, which means it is time to prepare to get gifts for your loved ones, particularly those who may love watching films. On the heels of the announcement that the anthology classic Creepshow, as well as the new series based on it coming soon to Shudder, will be at Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights 2019, it’s been revealed that Jordan Peele‘s recent hit Us will also have mazes at the attraction this year.

Us also joins Ghostbusters, Stranger Things, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, The Walking Dead, and more as attractions for this year’s event.

Jordan Peele redefines the genre in bold new ways by weaving in truth and honesty with horror. One of my favorite horror films to come out this year will finally be available for you to own this summer. Jordan Peele‘s Get Out follow-up Us was a huge box office success grossing over $170 million since it first opened back in March.

The phrase “we are our own worst enemy” is a theme that plays a huge part in Jordan Peele‘s Us. The filmmaker’s sophomore effort walks that fine line between horror and social satire. It examines the human condition and uses scares as a vehicle to take a look at the monsters that lurk beneath our skin and what would happen if it were ever to crawl out of it. The end result is another genre-bending film with something to say.
