Social media has been a great way to reach out to fans and followers. Vin Diesel and Ryan Reynolds make great use of the platform to help promote their films. Those following director David Ayer may have noticed that he has been posting set photos and props from his upcoming DC film Suicide Squad. But last night, he posted one of the biggest teases, a cast photo with Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney, Cara Delevingne, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, and new additions Adam Beach (Law and Order: SVU, Flags of Our Fathers), Jim Parrack (Fury, True Blood), and Ike Barinholtz (The Mindy Project, Eastbound and Down) at a read-through. Jared Leto is notably absent from the photo, but we’ve already seen his transformation in tweets. Find out who Beach, Parrack, and Barinholtz are playing and check out the new photo after the jump.

| Disney Also Developing Live-Action ‘Pinocchio’
It’s been perfectly clear that Disney has been all about turning their classic animated movies into new live-action features, but lately they haven’t been wasting time in announcing what’s next. Just in the past month alone we’ve found out about planned live-action adaptations of Dumbo, Mulan, and Winnie the Pooh, as well as castings for the live-action Beauty and the Beast adaptation. These all follow already-released live-action takes on Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty (Maleficent), and Cinderella, and other upcoming titles The Jungle Book and sequel Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass. Now another project is being added to Disney’s live-action slate, an adaptation of their 1940 animated classic Pinocchio. The movie about a wooden puppet wanting to become a real boy was the studio’s second animated feature after 1937’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

| TV Review: Louie 5.1 “Pot Luck” |

Louie
Season 5 Episode 1 “Pot Luck”
Directed by Louis CK
Created and written by Louis CK
Starring Louis CK, Dena Tyler, Pamela Adlon, Hadley Delany, Ursula Parker, Judy Gold, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Susan Kelechi Watson
FX
Air Date: Thursday, April 9th, 2015, 10:30pm After a small recap of Season 4, you get a review of Louie 5.1 “Pot Luck.” There are barely any spoilers. Last season ended with Louie and Pamela finally being in sort of a relationship place, after that controversial scene in “Pamela Part 1.” Things moved a little more forward in “Pamela Part 2,” with Louie finally saying, “I love you” at the end of “Pamela Part 3.” Pamela’s non-answer was telling. And I thought there was hope for these crazy kids after meeting the ex-wife and exchanging kid exposure (sounds way worse than what it was). Louie 5.1 “Pot Luck” review: Louie’s stand-up in the beginning of the episode is hysterical as usual. Topic? Aliens and life on other planets. Needless to say, it won’t be good, for many funny reasons.
