Paramount Pictures has released the newest trailer for Mark Osborne‘s adaptation of The Little Prince. Based on the 1943 novel of the same name by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, this is the book’s first feature animated adaptation. It actually had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year in an out-of-competition screening, and was eventually released a few months in France in the summer. So this is North America’s first real look at the film. For those who are not familiar with The Little Prince, the book centers on a young girl, whose meticulous mother wants her to grow up too fast. However, their eccentric neighbor, helps the young girl take hold of her childhood by telling her the story of a boy called the “Little Prince”, whom he supposedly encountered in a desert when his plane crashed. While some may consider The Aviator a distraction, The Little Girl finds her neighbor’s story intriguing, and soon she will go on a life-changing adventure involving stars, biplanes, and a cute fox. Check out the new trailer for The Little Prince below.

But as Illumination’s The Secret Life Of Pet‘s special holiday trailer will show you, not all pets are too happy about dressing for the festivities. We’ve already seen a teaser trailer earlier this year that introduced us to some of the household pets. While you may think their homes are a reflection of their personalities, that teaser proved us wrong. Now with this holiday trailer, we are getting a look at just how interested pets can be trying to pose for a holiday shot. Check out all the fun in the new trailer below.

| John Carpenter Has Four TV Shows In Need Of A Network
Sandy King Carpenter, the wife of horror legend John Carpenter (Halloween, The Thing, Big Trouble in Little China), was a guest on the horror podcast Killer POV recently, and revealed that they have developed four different TV series together. According to King, the series include a horror show, a sci-fi show, and one that’s a little bit of both, all of them unlike anything on the air today. She says they’re just waiting for a network, and she expects all of them will be made eventually. The duo would be executive producers on the series if they do get made, and John would also direct the pilot episodes, as is common when a director is involved with a TV show.

So unless you’ve been living under a rock all year, you’ve heard about or bore witness to the disaster that was Fantastic Four (aka Fant4stic); a movie so bad it registered a whopping 9% on Rotten Tomatoes, and got its director basically blacklisted from Hollywood. This is what Honest Trailers were made for! Screen Junkies narrator Jon Bailey even posts the career-ruining tweet in the introduction. Check out the Honest Trailer below.
