Air Date: Tuesday, October 13th, 2015, 8:00pm Last week on The Flash, we got one of the things we’ve been waiting for all season – Barry’s (Grant Gustin) dad freed from jail. Dr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh) made one of those in-case-I-die videos, confessing to Nora Allen’s murder. The coming home party moved me to tears. Too bad his dad took off soon after. I personally, had been waiting a few months for Adam Copeland aka Edge from WWE to be in an episode. He was Atom-Smasher, with crazy strength and cartoon-y growth. Since the singularity, Barry has cut himself off, blaming himself for Eddie and Robbie’s (oh Robbie!) deaths. When it comes down to it, they are all better as a team, and prove it by saving the day once again. Cisco (Carlos Valdes) discovers a new weird power. Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears), popped in at the end of the episode, proclaiming Barry’s world was in danger and that he too, is The Flash – in another world. Spoilers below.

The Flash
Season 1 Episode 22: “Rogue Air”
Directed by Doug Aarniokoski
Written by Aaron Helbing, Todd Helbing
Starring Grant Gustin, Jesse L. Martin, Danielle Panabaker, Rick Cosnett, Candice Patton, Carlos Valdez, Tom Cavanagh
The CW
Air Date: Tuesday, May 12th, 2015, 8:00pm Last week, on The Flash “Grodd Lives,” there were movie ape references galore (by Cisco – Carlos Valdes), as Dr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh) sent the meta-gorilla after them (after some luring), to distract from the real plan, getting Eobard Thawne back home. Eddie (Rick Cosnett) acted as plot device, as he and Thawne talked (or didn’t talk) about things to come. He did show Eddie the “Iris West-Allen” thing. He was less clear about the details of HIS actual plans. Grodd used mind control to grab and scare Joe (Jesse L. Martin).

Air Date: Tuesday, March 17th, 2015, 8pm If you haven’t already, please stop reading, go watch this episode, and then come back to me. Spoilers!! The Flash is back after a month hiatus and hit us right in the gut. Back in February, they tied up (for now) the Firestorm storyline, as Caitlyn (Danielle Panabaker) kissed her half (Robbie Amell – where do they grow these Amells?) goodbye. He and Dr. Martin Stein (Victor Garber) merge and fly off to Philly to a colleague of Martin’s who may be able to help sever their connection. The gang now knows that the Reverse Flash was not the only one there the night of Barry’s mom’s murder. Adult Barry as the Flash was there that night as well.
