| ‘Terminator’ Reboot Officially Makes Emilia Clarke New Sarah Connor
Recently we found out that Zero Dark Thirty star Jason Clarke was in talks to take on the role of John Connor in the upcoming Terminator reboot said to be titled Terminator: Genesis. At the time, the search to find the new Sarah Connor had come down to two actresses: Emilia Clarke (no relation), and Brie Larson. Now the choice has been made. It’s being reported that Emilia has officially been chosen to take on the iconic Sarah Connor role, despite being almost a couple of decades younger than the actor playing the part of her son. Little is known about the movie, but obviously you can deduce that some time jumping will be going on.

The reboot of the Terminator franchise is moving right along, and some intriguing names are involved. The movie, which is said to be titled Terminator: Genesis, will be directed by Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World, Game of Thrones), and now it appears an actor has been chosen to take on the iconic role of John Connor. According to sources, Jason Clarke, who is quickly making a name for himself after memorable performances in movies like Zero Dark Thirty and The Great Gatsby, has entered into talks for the role. If cast, the actor would join Arnold Schwarzenegger, who is expected to return (though it’s not known how exactly yet).

| ‘Sabotage’ Trailer: Arnold Schwarzenegger Has A $10 Million Secret
At this point in time Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s films after his years as governor have been less than stellar. The Last Stand and Escape Plan both performed below expectations. But that hasn’t necessarily discouraged the actor from continuing to do what he does. Now in the David Ayers‘s Sabatoge, Schwarzenegger leads an elite DEA hit team (Sam Worthington, Terrence Howard, Mireille Enos, and Joe Manganiello) and successful raids a cartel’s safehouse. Together they uncover $10 million in cash, but instead of reporting to the authorities, the team hides it away. But before the dust can settle, members of the team start to be assassinated, and it’s up to Schwarzenegger to find out if it’s the cartel’s doing or if it’s someone from his own team. Directed by Mikael HÃ¥fström (The Rite), Escape Plan stars Sylvester Stallone as Ray Breslin, co-owner of Breslin-Clark, a security firm that specializes in testing the reliability of maximum security prisons. Breslin spends his life breaking in and out of prisons. He studies their designs and the guards’ habits to find and exploit weaknesses in the system. After his most recent breakout, Breslin and his business partner Lester Clark (Vincent D’Onofrio) are approached by CIA agent Jessica Miller (Caitriona Balfe) to infiltrate a top-secret prison to determine if it’s escape-proof. Under the guise of a terrorist named “Portos,” Breslin is locked up in the Tomb – a futuristic prison with glass cells and creepy guards straight out of THX-1138. It doesn’t take long for Breslin to realize he’s been double-crossed. Someone wants the former escape artist to disappear for good, buried in the Tomb with the rest of the world’s most dangerous men. After a few days of casing the joint, Breslin meets inmate Emil Rottmayer (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and together they hatch a scheme to escape the hush-hush techno-prison and the machiavellian Warden Hobbs (Jim Caviezel).

Oh, the glory of the ridiculous action delivered in The Expendables 2. This is vibrant popcorn-movie wonder, a kick ass explosive injection of testosterone straight to the stones, and enjoyable. The cheese is thick and hearty – after all, who doesn’t like a little cheese with their nachos? Picking up sometime after the first Expendables movie, Mr. Church (Bruce Willis) comes back to claim a mission in place of the lost revenue from the last mission.
