| Ryan Reynolds: Deadpool Needs A Ride To SDCC (Photo)
20th Century Fox is scheduled to have a panel in Hall H this Saturday at San Diego Comic-Con, but so far they’ve yet to reveal which properties they’ll be promoting. But, it’s obvious that will be bringing the thunder with Deadpool, their upcoming film which sees Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as the Merc With A Mouth from FOX’s X-Men film universe. Reynolds has stated previously that he’d be at SDCC this year, but looks like Deadpool needs a lift to the Con. The actor posted a photo today to this Twitter account of a sombrero- and poncho-wearing Deadpool thumbing for a ride, while holding a sign that reads “Comic-Con Por Favor.” Accompanying the photo is the caption: “Hey #SDCC, Thank you for being a friend…” Check out the post and photo here below.

| Marvel Studios Won’t Have A Hall H Panel At This Year’s San Diego Comic-Con
For years, the Marvel Studios Hall H panel has been the hottest ticket in town for attendees at the San Diego Comic-Con. Marvel has used the panel to make huge announcements in regards to casting and development of their projects for film and television, and to debut completed footage from eagerly anticipated features. Once the studio treated their audience at the 2007 Comic-Con the world premiere of the first Iron Man trailer, there was no question who was going to rule the convention for years to come. The incredible buzz that emerged from every Marvel Hall H panel helped to increase awareness and anticipation for their upcoming blockbusters and dominate social media and popular culture at large. But that’s all about to change. When Comic-Con commences with its annual takeover of San Diego next month, Marvel Studios won’t be present.

While we were in San Diego covering Comic-Con, our hearty team of weather-worn GoDs cranked out more than 60 articles. We were given a personal tour of Crimson Peak by director Guillermo del Toro. We piloted a virtual Jaeger from Pacific Rim. We covered four straight days of film and television panels in Hall H. We published tons of really great comic book news, casting announcements, all manner of awesome reveals, and so much more! I took so many photos during the Hall H panels I attended at SDCC, that I’ve been updating our panel coverage articles with galleries since Sunday afternoon. And I’ve only now just finished processing my final lot of panel photos. Below are nearly 400 additional panel photos that were taken over the course of my four days in Hall H, including Kingsman: The Secret Service with Colin Firth; the EW Women Who Kick Ass panel; The Maze Runner, the newest film in the Hitman franchise Agent 47; Michael Mann’s Blackhat with Chris Helmsworth; Let’s Be Cops; the newest stop-motion masterpiece from Laika, The Box Trolls; Paris-sewer found-footage horror, As Above So Below; Salma Hayek’s ‘The Raid,’ Everly; and an animated film that was completely off my radar pre-SDCC, but which I am now extremely looking forward to, The Book of Life.

| ‘Sons Of Anarchy’ Star Charlie Hunnam On Why He Missed Comic-Con This Year (Video)
The cast of Sons Of Anarchy gathered for a panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Sunday, but the group was missing one important person – star Charlie Hunnam, who plays Jax Teller, head of the SAMCRO. Hunnam was also absence from Guillermo del Toro’s panel for Crimson Peak, the Victorian gothic horror where he plays a doctor who’s unrequitedly in love with the film’s female lead (played by Mia Wasikowska). So, why didn’t Hunnam make it to Comic-Con this year? Check out the video here below which was played during the SOA panel where the actor sends a message about missing the event. It’s quite humorous and alluring, not your run-of-the-mill “sorry I’m not there” message – you’ll definitely want to watch this.
