| ‘Uncharted’ Movie: New Spider-Man Tom Holland Cast As Nathan Drake
Sony has finally found someone to play Nathan Drake in their long-in-development movie based on the Uncharted video game series, and it is not someone you were expecting. It would appear that the studio is quite high on the star of their latest reboot of the Spider-Man franchise, Tom Holland, as the actor has become the latest actor attached to play Drake. Why they chose such a young actor for the role makes a little more sense when you see the reason, though I’m not very confident that it will make fans of the games feel better about the casting or the direction the movie is now moving in.

| New ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Clip “You’re The Spider-Man”
Sony Pictures has released a new clip from the latest Spider-Man movie, Spider-Man: Homecoming, this time around starring Tom Holland as the webslinger. Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Tyne Daly, Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr. and Jon Favreau also star in the movie. The clip is titled “You’re the Spider-Man,” and features Holland quietly attempting to return to his room only to find an unexpected visitor. | ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Trailer: The Webhead and Iron Man Build A Better Superhero
In the age of the superhero shared universe, Spider-Man (Tom Holland) is by far the youngest of them all. He’s just a kid in high school who is still learning the ropes, and if he wants to become someone like Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), he’s going to have to learn how to play by the rules. | ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Will Make The Vulture A “Dark Tony Stark”
Adrian Toomes aka The Vulture is a recurring villain in the Spidey-verse, but has never made an appearance in any of the films. Until now. Michael Keaton will be playing the winged villain in the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming,, starring Tom Holland as the Webhead. Though most remember him as a genius who developed flight technology, audiences will be introduced a new variation of the character. | ‘Spider-Man’ Spinoff: Black Cat and Silver Sable Film To Be Penned By ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Writer
With the Venom spinoff back in development, Sony is looking to further expand on their Spider-Man cinematic universe. Venom is currently scheduled for an October 2018 release, with Scott Rosenberg (Jumanji) and Jeff Pinkner (The Dark Tower) writing the script. Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach will act as producers. Now Sony will expand on this new universe they are creating and have found a new writer to pen a script centered on female characters Silver Sable and the Black Cat. According to new reports, Thor: Ragnarok scribe Christopher Yost has been tapped to write the script. More on the story below.
