This weekend will be about Star Wars with Star Wars Celebration taking place over at the Anaheim Convention Center, and all eyes will be on the big conversation between J.J. Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy when it streams live on the Internet. So Zack Snyder and WB might be planning to steal some of their thunder by revealing some footage from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, a couple of days in advance of the big screen trailer debut. It was first reported that the trailer would be attached to showings of Mad Max: Fury Road, which opens in theaters on May 15, but a new rumor says that not only will we be seeing footage this week, but we could also be seeing the trailer as early as April 20. Hit the jump for more.

| TV Review: Weird Loners 1.3 “Weirded Out” |

Weird Loners
Season 1 Episode 3: “Weirded Out”
Directed by Bill Purple
Written by David Litt and Michael J Weithorn
Created by Michael J Weithorn
Starring Becki Newton, Zachary Knighton, Nate Torrence, Meera Rohit Kumbhani
FOX
Air Date: Tuesday, April 14th, 2015, 9:30pm First a tiny recap, then a review of this week’s Weird Loners 1.3 “Weirded Out.” Last week on Weird Loners, Zara (Meera Rohit Kumbhani) felt bad for Eric (Nate Torrence) so she pretended to channel his dead father’s spirit. Eric spent a wonderful day with his “dad.” In the meantime, after Caryn (Becki Newton) accuses Stosh (Zachary Knighton) of being the most selfish person ever, he flies down to Florida and surprises her by pretending to be her fiance so she doesn’t have to break her dear Nana’s heart. Of course he charged thousands on Eric’s credit card, but good intentions, eh? Weird Loners 1.3 “Weirded Out” review: This little show still has potential. I think it’s harder for a comedy than a drama to get recognition. You have to be REALLY funny to stand out, when there are any number of ways a drama pull you in (murder, explosions, twists, etc.). But this one is still chugging along. The characters are charming and the show has decent little storylines. I’m unsure of its potential season 2 fate, but it’s early. This episode was pretty good.

| Watch Now: First Trailer For ‘Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser’
The first teaser trailer for the highly anticipated by some, not so anticipated by others sequel to David Spade‘s 2001 comedy Joe Dirt has been released online. The movie, officially titled Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser, will be released on Sony’s free movie and TV show streaming service Crackle sometime this summer. In May of 2014 Spade was talking about trying to make the movie and getting actors from the first movie to return, but that they were aiming to release on Crackle and that meant the budget would be far lower. These budget cuts are apparent in the first teaser, but it still looks like it could be fun for fans of the original. You can check out the first trailer and a poster for Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser below.

| HBO Orders ‘Silicon Valley’ Season 3, ‘Veep’ Season 5
In addition to Game of Thrones returning to big numbers this past Sunday, two of HBO’s hit comedies also returned: the political comedy starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus Veep had its season four premiere, and Mike Judge‘s e-comedy Silicon Valley started its sophomore season. And just like last year, all three of these shows are off to a hot start. We already known Thrones is getting a season six (with at least one or two more after that all but guaranteed), and now HBO has announced that they have officially ordered season three of Silicon Valley and season five of Veep.
