| Official Trailer For ‘Sonic The Hedgehog’ Movie Shows Off Sonic’s New Look |

Back in May the first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog, a movie based on the SEGA video game character of the same name, was released by Paramount Pictures. The response could not have been worse. The response was so overwhelmingly negative, in fact, that the movie instantly became the internet’s favorite subject for jokes and memes galore. It was a disaster. The reason for this wildfire of negativity was the design of the title character. It was…poor, to put it nicely. The damage was so great that Paramount was forced to throw away a significant amount of time, effort, and money that had gone into designing and animating the character, and start over in hopes of stopping the bleeding before it was too late. Now, after deleting the first trailer, poster, and more (though the internet never forgets, of course), Paramount has released another trailer with the newly designed Sonic. You can check it out below.

When it was announced that Marvel Studios would be releasing a number of TV series on Disney’s new streaming service Disney+ it was implied that they would connect to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, more so than the previous Marvel TV series. The ongoing debate on who shot first, Han Solo or Greedo, continues. This honestly wouldn’t be a thing if changes hadn’t been made to the original Cantina scene from the first Star Wars film, in which Han was the first to shoot his blaster at Greedo. However, the controversy started when George Lucas altered it in the 1997 Special Edition, making it look like Greedo shot first, followed by a fatal shot from Han. Other alterations would soon follow, but none as crazy as this. Now that Disney+ has launched, subscribers are taking a look at what the studio’s streaming service has to offer, including a 4K restoration with Dolby Vision and Atmos. But the impressive upgrade comes at a huge cost to the infamous “who shot first” scene, at least, because fans have notice that it has been further modified. Now it has been made to look like Han and Greedo shot simultaneously. More on the report below.

Fantasy Island had a premise where a few of your favorite things can become a reality. Whatever vices you had could finally be indulged at a secluded paradise hideaway. Of course, having those fantasies does come at a price. It made for a very popular TV show that ran for seven seasons in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Now, Blumhouse has taken that show and given it a cinematic revival, along with a few of its signature touches and added twists. An official trailer for this new Fantasy Island has been released by Sony Pictures, and you can check it out below.

This is just a conversation that will not end. Ever since Martin Scorsese claimed that superhero films aren’t cinema, everyone has shared their opinions on the matter. Scorsese even doubled down at one point in time, while Francis Ford Coppola echoed his sentiments. However, there are those who have defended superhero films, like James Gunn, Kevin Smith, and Jon Favreau. Even Disney CEO Bob Iger spoke out against Scorsese’s comments. But one person we had yet to hear from is Marvel Entertainment’s Chief Creative Officer, Kevin Feige. The man who has been a part of the studio since the very beginning is finally sharing his thoughts about Scorsese’s opinions on Marvel films. Naturally, he disagreed and thinks that it is “unfortunate” that Scorsese, who has been behind films like Goodfellas, Casino, and The Irishman, feels that way about their films.
