It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about the Avatar sequels. What was once something that was gestating has now completed production.

While we know that Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, and Stephan Lang are all set to return and reprise their respective roles, Edie Falco will be joining the film as a mysterious new character who has ties to a rather shady group with possibly nefarious intentions for Pandora. We are just hours away from the premiere of Netflix’s The Defenders, the Marvel superhero ensemble of the streaming service. In the four years since the collaboration started, we’ve seen Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter), and Iron Fist (Finn Jones) get their own series.

And while we’ve known that this moment was going to arrive, the evil force that will bring our heroes together still remains a mystery. We’ve been seeing some teasers for Volume 1, the first part of the new experimental short films venture from District 9, Elysium, and Chappie director Neill Blomkamp, Oats Studios. Last week the first short, “Rakka” starring Sigourney Weaver, was finally released to the masses.

Last week also happened to be E3 2017, which is always a whirlwind for video game fans. Because of that whirlwind, I missed seeing “Rakka” was released. Over 1.7 million people so far have not missed it. But if you’re like me and it eluded you, you can check it out below along with a new video released today, called “Cooking with Bill.”

A couple of weeks back a brief teaser was released for Oats Studios, a new endeavor from District 9, Elysium, and Chappie director Neill Blomkamp. Then last week the first trailer was released for the project, simply called Volume 1 at the moment.

Now a second trailer for Volume 1 has been released, and you can check it out below along with the previously released trailers if you haven’t seen them yet.
