| ‘IT Chapter Two’ Posters Bring Together The Losers’ Club Young and Old
A collection of IT Chapter Two posters were shared recently ahead of the highly anticipated sequel’s arrival this week. One set of these posters, shared on Warner Bros.’ Belgium Instagram account, show the adult Losers’ Club paired with the faces of their younger selves when seen through a red balloon. The second set of posters are basically the same thing, but this time in the form of motion posters with the red balloon floating by and revealing the younger versions of the characters as it passes. | ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ Scribe Adele Lim Exits Sequel Due To Pay Disparity
As soon as Jon M. Chu is done working on his adaptation of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s In The Heights, he will move back to working on China Rich Girlfriend, the sequel to Crazy Rich Asians. Unfortunately, he will have to do it without Crazy Rich Asians screenwriter Adele Lim, who has left the sequel due to the pay disparity that Warner Bros offered. According to reports, her co-writer Peter Chiarelli was offered $800,000 to $1 million, while Lim was only offered $110,000-plus. More on the report below.

Release Date: September 6, 2019 Andy Muschietti‘s IT was one huge surprise as it wisely split Stephen King‘s epic novel of the same name into two parts, with the first being a pure coming of age film which saw a group of young kids spend their summer vacation fighting an evil which often takes the form of a clown named Pennywise. Though they are successful, Pennywise promised to come back 27 years later, and they, in turn, promised to unite as one to fight the clown when it returned. This only set the stage for IT Chapter Two, which not only completes their story but promised to be an epic battle between good and evil.

| ‘Just Mercy’ Trailer: Michael B. Jordan and Brie Larson Star In Destin Daniel Cretton Legal Drama
Destin Daniel Cretton isn’t quite the household name as of yet, but he’s been making the indie rounds with some critical darlings like Short Term 12 and The Glass House. And soon, he’ll be behind the camera for Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. But before he can start shooting that he has a legal drama called Just Mercy, and Warner Bros. has dropped the first trailer. Based on a true story, the film stars Michael B. Jordan as Bryan Stevenson, who is fighting for justice for a criminal (Jamie Foxx) on death row. The film also stars Brie Larson as Eva Ansley, an advocate who believes in Stevenson’s cause to defend the wrongly condemned. Check out the trailer below.

| James Gunn’s ‘The Suicide Squad’ Adds Peter Capaldi and Pete Davidson To Its Roster
James Gunn‘s The Suicide Squad is already shaping up to be one of the most exciting DC Extended Universe films. The film will bring back some original characters like Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Joel Kinnaman as squad leader Rick Flag, and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller. And, of course, there are the newcomers to the cast like Idris Elba, who is playing a role that has yet to be named. But he isn’t the only one new to the cast.
