Stephen Amell, who plays Oliver Queen aka The Arrow, on TV’s Arrow made an appearance on Saturday at New York Comic-Con, where the actor answered a bunch of questions from an audience Q&A session. Amell answered questions regarding Season 3 of Arrow, staying fit for the role, new characters on the show, working with John Barrowman, and much more! The panel also featured a surprise guest. | NYCC 2014: IDW’s ‘Killogy’ With Marky Ramone & Alan Robert
IDW Publishing held a panel on Saturday afternoon at 2014’s New York Comic-Con spotlighting their comic book series Killogy and its upcoming animated TV series adaptation. Along with IDW head Chris Ryall, the panel featured Killogy creator Alan Robert, who’s the bassist and songwriter of New York-based metal band Life Of Agony, along with another New York legend — drummer Marky Ramone.

| NYCC 2014: First Trailer For Playstation TV’s ‘Powers’ |

TV rules at this year’s New York Comic-Con with a number of trailers and premieres of various shows, one of which that was shown off was the first trailer for Playstation TV’s first original series, Powers. Watch it here below. Powers, based on the comic series by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming, stars Sharlto Copley (The A-Team, District 9) as Detective Christian Walker, a former superhero turned homicide detective. He is partnered with Deena Pilgrim (Susan Heyward, recently of The Following), and they team up to investigate crimes that are related to people with powers (thus the title).

| NYCC 2014: Marvel’s ‘Daredevil’ Netflix Series Panel Shows Off First Footage
The Main Stage at New York Comic-Con was packed on Saturday evening for a panel for Marvel’s Daredevil, the first of five collaborated television series from Marvel and Netflix, where the audience was treated to footage from the upcoming show. Donning a Daredevil shirt with the Netflix logo on the back, Head of Marvel Television Jeph Loeb once again took the stage to introduce the cast. He began by thanking the fans in attendance for their support and saying, “We consider New York Comic Con to be our home.”

| NYCC 2014: Dark Horse and Sega Present: 35 Years Of Alien
Friday night at New York Comic-Con took Aliens fans way down memory lane with a look at the franchise’s evolution over the past 35 years, to celebrate the release of Dark Horse’s new comic book event Fire and Stone and Sega’s Alien: Isolation (fans got to see the trailer). Hosted by Dark Horse publicist Aub Driver, panel guests included Joshua Williamson (Predator), Paul Tobin (Prometheus), Alex De Campi (Grindhouse), Randy Stradley (vice-president of publishing Dark Horse Comics), and Chris Mooneyham (Predator).
