| Channing Tatum Is Joining The Cast Of ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’
The gleefully violent, vulgar, and witty spy spoof Kingsman: The Secret Service, based on the comic series The Secret Service created by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, was destined to get a sequel after grossing $414 million at the global box office last year. Luckily for us fans of the film, writer-director Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class), his writing partner Jane Goldman (Stardust, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children), and newcomer leading man Taron Egerton (Eddie the Eagle, Legend) will all be returning for the sequel, which is now going by the name Kingsman: The Golden Circle. It now appears as if a Hollywood heavy-hitter is preparing to join the colorful, globe-trotting mayhem as 21 Jump Street and Magic Mike star Channing Tatum has signed on to play an unspecified role.

| Young Han Solo Spinoff Cuts Shortlist To Five
Just moments after Disney announced that Harrison Ford and Steven Spielberg would reunite for Indiana Jones 5, comes word that the studio has narrowed down their shortlist for actors to play the lead role in the young Han Solo film to five. Last year it was revealed that around 2,500 actors had auditioned for the role, indicating that Disney was open to any idea. That list shrunk, with eight A-listers vying for the role. Taron Egerton (Kingsman: The Secret Service, Eddie The Eagle), Alden Ehrenreich (Hail, Caesar!) Jack Reynor (Transformers: Age of Extinction), Blake Jenner (Glee), and Jack O’Connell (Unbroken) are the five actors up for the role. More on the story below.

Legend, a movie starring Tom Hardy that released recently in the UK and releases soon here in the States, may not be one of the aforementioned “best” movies. But it is getting generally favorable reviews early on. Of course some reviews of the movie aren’t too fond of the film. One such critiquing came from The Guardian, who gave Legend only two stars out of a possible five stars. Instead of just being bummed out by the poor review, the folks behind marketing the movie decided to twist the negative into a positive in a decidedly devious way on a new poster that even the man who wrote the review had to tip his hat to. You can see the poster below.
