Okay, so Felicity is a really great show, you guys. It’s about a college-aged girl’s growth as a person when she goes to college in New York City, a long way away from her hometown of Palo Alto, California. In my humble opinion, it’s the spiritual follow up to one of my favorite shows of all time, My So-Called Life. I’m still in the first season, but I can’t stop watching it, nor can I stop talking about it. Hence, what I’m writing right now. It’s a J.J. Abrams show, and you can absolutely tell. It’s not science fiction, but there’s a lot of fun to be had. Also, it’s streaming on Netflix Instant Watch, so you should totally check it out. Oh wait, I’m not reviewing Felicity? In This week’s The GoD List, the Hunter Camp from the normal Earth timeline is off reading Casanova: Luxuria, so replacing him this week is none other than the Hunter Camp of Timeline 1690, and while some might call me an “evil” version, I see it as nothing of the sort. You see, I like some of the finer things in comics. You won’t be seeing any DC Comics or professional wrestling references on the list this week, you see, because Timeline 1690 Hunter only reads more obscure comic titles. And while you’ll get your normal Marvel and GI Joe fare from Henchman21, things may seem a little skewed this week. Think you know how this list will end? I doubt it. This week on The GoD List, “The HenchFac3” trade war stories and colds after a rough and tough experience in Gotham City. Gotham City Comic-Con was a dark and rainy couple of days before it turned into New York Comic-Con on Saturday, but NYCC provided us both with a lot of excitement for this week’s new comics. And what are these new comics that we are excited about? Well, I’ll give you a hint… there will be zombies, heroes, marvels, and other stuff that I can’t come up with right now. But don’t you worry! The ‘Wave is busy traveling to New York Comic-Con, so he’s a little preoccupied this week, what with packing his Batman costume and making sure he has enough Batarangs with him so he can fight crime on the streets of the real Gotham city, so it’s just your friendly neighborhood Henchman this week (I’m already stationed here in NYC for the week). “Wavey Gravy” does want to make sure you know about The All-New Batman: The Brave and the Bold #12, out this week featuring a team-up with Zatanna. Because it wouldn’t be a GoD list without MK talking about a Batman comic. Here are a few books I am looking forward to this week.
