| Massive Metal Monday: The Dillinger Escape Plan “Prancer”
The Dillinger Escape Plan is a groundbreaking mathcore (a mixture of hardcore punk and progressive metal) band from New Jersey. They are famous for their chaotic song arrangements which feature perpetually shifting time signatures and poly-rhythms. Their incendiary live shows are also the stuff of legend. The band’s performances are often violent and have led to members sustaining various injuries over the years, which may explain in part the high turnover of musicians in the group. Regardless, DEP have established themselves as one of the most important bands at the vanguard of 21st century metal. In fact Loudwire recently placed DEP’s 1999 debut album Calculating Infinity at number 18 on their “Top 25 Extreme Metal Albums of All Time” list saying the following:

Air Date: Sunday, April 19th, 2015, 8:00pm Before we get to Once Upon a Time 4.19 “Sympathy For The De Vil,” let’s recap the “Heart of Gold” episode from last week. It was all about Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) and Marian a week ago when Gold (Robert Carlyle) goes to Neal’s apartment and finds the family there. We were all surprised to find out that Zelena (Rebecca Mader) was alive and well and had been posing as Marian, since we met her back in time. So Emma (Jennifer Morrison) didn’t ruin Regina’s (Lana Parilla) happy ending. But Robin is in severe danger and now Regina knows it. She makes a deal with Gold and agrees to help him turn the Savior dark.

| ‘Jurassic World’ Trailer: Chaos Reigns On Dinosaur Island Theme Park |

Colin Trevorrow‘s Jurassic World takes places years after the events of the first film, Jurassic Park. In many ways this new installment can be considered a reboot that takes place in the same timeline. In Jurassic World, the newly refurbished theme park has better management, and a better dinosaur tamer (played by Chris Pratt). But as always, if you want to increase park attendance, you must bring new attractions. And for a park full of dinosaurs, that means increasing that feeling of fear. As we will see in the new trailer here below, management got a little ahead of themselves, and broke the boundaries of playing god by creating their own dinosaur, the dangers of which were already expressed in the previous trailers and TV spots. Now we’ll see why mixing dinosaur DNA to create a new one may not have been the best idea.
