A new trailer for Jane Got A Gun has just been released. The film stars Natalie Portman as the titular character who finds herself in the crosshairs of a notorious gang led by Ewan McGregor, who is out to kill her and her husband. So she seeks help from a former flame (Joel Edgerton) in hopes that they can stop the outlaws together.

There is no hiding the fact that the movie has had a very public troubled production history. With Relativity’s financial problems, lawsuits, and directors and lead actors coming and going, the project almost didn’t happen. However, Portman was the only one who stuck with it, in addition to Portman, McGregor, and Edgerton, the film also stars Noah Emmerich (The Americans). Jude Law (Spy), Michael Fassbender (Macbeth), and Bradley Cooper (Joy) previously passed on the roles. Gavin O’Connor is the film’s director.

The first trailer was met with mixed reactions. Its awkward cut and strange pacing didn’t really bode well for the film. But this new trailer is a much needed improvement. Check it out below.

“I’ll bite your nipples off!”

Directed by Bruno Mattei (Rats: Night of Terror) and co-written by Claudio Fragasso (Troll 2), Women’s Prison Massacre is a brutal and bizarre entry in the “women in prison” sexploitation subgenre.

Also known as Emanuelle Escapes from Hell, Women’s Prison Massacre stars Laura Gemser (Erotic Nights of the Living Dead) as Emanuelle, a reporter on the verge of breaking a huge story about government corruption. Before she can expose the crooked politician, Emanuelle is framed and sent to a women’s prison. There, she faces unspeakable cruelty and inhumane conditions with the other incarcerated women.

As a production designer, it’s Shepherd Frankel‘s job to create and define the world surrounding the characters in a film. In the case of Ant-Man that means taking the audience on a visual down-to-earth journey with a bit of a Marvel twist. Unlike some of the Marvel films that came before, Ant-Man centers on an everyday guy who is simply trying to provide for his daughter, and pulls off heists to do so. Little does he know that the one heist he pulls leads him to the powerful Ant-Man suit, which allows him to shrink at will to the size of an ant, and possess superhuman strength while in his tiny form. And it was also Frankel’s job to bring that size and scale of the POV of an ant to life.

We were invited to the press day to help promote the release of the film on Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray, and DVD. In our on-camera interview with the production designer, Frankel talks to us about what sort of technologies he used to bring the film to life, why he chose to use photorealistic technology over a CGI-created world, and more. As its title suggests Captain America: Civil War will center on the infighting between two of the greatest Avengers: Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.). It will still be a film that focuses mainly on its titular hero, while also marking the first time that a hero like Iron Man will appear in a role bigger than a cameo. With the world recovering from the events of Ultron’s attack on the Earth, Sokovia Accords was created in order to regulate the deployment of enhanced individuals, particularly the Avengers, orchestrated by world governments.

We saw a little bit of that in action in the first trailer for the film, and now a new featurette that can be seen in the Phase 2 Box Set helps explain how it all led up to Civil War in greater detail, and how the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s newest hero will play the role of the “monarch.” Check it out below.

Marvel’s Ant-Man takes a comedic page from its Marvel Cinematic Universe counterpart Guardians Of The Galaxy, and delivers a superhero story that’s appealing to all audiences, even those not interested in capes and cowls.

Paul Rudd stars as Scott Lang, a master thief who’s just finished a three-year stint in San Quentin prison. While his crime was more of the Robin Hood variety, his criminal record is making it very difficult for him to keep a job and make ends meet on the straight and narrow path. Motivated by his desire to be there for his young daughter’s life, Scott joins forces with former prison buddy Luis (Michael Peña) and his crew (Tip “T.I.” Harris, David Dastmalchian) for a sure-thing burglary job. Unbeknownst to Scott, the safe he’s cracking belongs to Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), the S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist who developed the shrinking technology that powers the Ant-Man suit.
